dude, if you want to have healthy sexual life, having sex daily may not be a good idea.
although you are still young and capable of having it everyday, you are using up your quotas of sperms. mind you though, we men can only make about 2 liters of sperm the entire life. so, plan and use your sperms wisely, unless you don't want to have offspring.
